They entered into this Agreement freely and under no duress or undue impact on their selection by one other Party.If a homeowner discovers a defect lined underneath the Tarion warranty, they must report it to the builder and Tarion in crafting inside the applicable warranty period of time. The builder is to blame for repairing or changing the fault
